Dr. Ked Cottrell

Dr. Ked Cottrell has been practicing in the local area for the past 18 years. He is a graduate of Purdue University Veterinary School and a resident of Carolina Beach enjoying many acitivities the local environment has to offer. Dr. Cottrell and his late wife, Julie, have one son, Travis. Travis also resides in Carolina Beach with his wife, Sam. Ked has 3 dogs: Joey, Jack, and Brawley. 

Dr. Ked also is co-owner of Nauti Dog in Carolina Beach.
Dr. Melissa Todd

Dr. Melissa Todd graduated from The University of Tennessee's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Go Vols! 
She moved to Wilmington and joined our family in 2016. Dr. Todd and her wife, Alicia, have 2 dogs (Phoebe and Frankie) and 2 cats (Mona and Robin). Dr. Todd's interests include client education, internal medicine, and infectious diseases.
Dr. Jeff LaCroix

Dr. Jeff Lacroix moved Wilmington, NC with his wife Sherry in 1996. They started LaCroix Veterinary Hospital and after retiring, Dr. LaCroix has helped various veterinary hospitals throughout the area with relief work. The LaCroix's have two Jack Russells, Marcus and Rosie. Dr. LaCroix has his pilot's license and loves flying up and down the coastal area. He and Sherry fly every year back to their home state of Connecticut to work on a Christmas tree farm during the holiday season.
Dr. Heather Morden

Dr. Heather Morden grew up on a dairy farm in northeastern Iowa which is where her love for working with animals started. Dr. Morden graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 and moved to northern Illinois right after graduating where she practived until moving to Wilmington in August 2019. Dr. Morden is Fear Free Certified and is excited to use these methods to help your pet be more at ease during their appointments. Dr. Morden also enjoys surgery. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medicine Association. Dr. Morden and her husband have 3 dogs (two Great Danes and a Jack Russell), one cat, two horses, and a pig. Dr. Morden enjoys traveling, hanging out on the beach, and spending time with her pets, family, and friends.
